Rochelle is a powerhouse, a woman on a mission. She holds space for others to create and connect in a way that is an extension of her own heart, full of unconditional love. Rochelle has cultivated a community around her that is a reflection of many, and of the one. It is an eclectic group of people who share in the unity of humanity despite the seeming differences that sit on the surface. Her retreats give way to deeper vulnerability and acceptance of self which stewards the sight and acceptance of ourselves in others, and others in ourselves. It is a safe place for people who are new to their healing journey, unsure of going away for a weekend with people they don’t know. Their uncertainty is met with love, care and acceptance. It is transformed into gratitude for taking the courage and stepping out of themselves, to step more into themselves. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to co-host a retreat with her and look forward to our next one summer 2024!
Her work is deeply aligned in love. Her and her tribe work diligently in their inner worlds and realms to heal and reach their highest potential. Outside of her retreats she hosts Breathwork workshops, which let me tell you is more than just breathing. It is an inner journey of hard work and perseverance to reach a state of presence and peace. The sensations the body may feel simply with intentional breath is eye opening. Along side her workshops she offers sound bath and sound healing, hypnosis and psilocybin journeys.
When we embark on our healing journeys every single one of us has our own path. There are different sparks within each of us us that ignite and light our own unique way.
