Let’s stop feeding into the lie that loving your body is just loving the way you look. Loving your body is more than just a number on a scale or a calorie pack. It is welcoming in all blemishes and pockets of fat with hospitality. It’s honoring your acne for the stress this world puts on you, it’s seeing the wisdom within the wrinkles that have lined your path in this life. It’s treating your body well despite whatever you perceive your flaws to be. Loving your body is eating healthy, nourishing foods. Loving your body is working out and moving in a way that brings you joy. Loving your body is feeling the strength that lies within.

Movement is a constant in life, as should our exercise routine be. Unfortunately one of the main inhibitors is lack of motivation and accountability. I am offering sessions based on your personal goals and enjoyments. This need not be a chore but an opportunity to utilise our physical well-being and ability. Depending on your preference we can meet in-person or online. I like to take advantage of the outdoors when we can, so even if we meet online we can meet outside. The session is created based on the OPT model, Optimum Performance Training, fluctuating between the 5 phases and meeting your goals in the meanwhile. Sessions are accepted through the first free consultation. Prices are subject to person and situation, but around $55 for an hour and a half.

Yoga Practice

This practice keeps our joints, muscles, ligaments, tendons and other moving parts of the body healthy. Yoga increases circulation, flexibility and cultivates energy for the rest of the body’s internal systems. It can create a non-competitive and active meditation exercise routine while bringing a clearer sense of inner-calm and self-reflection. On and off your mat.

I offer an hour and half private sessions and pop-up classes in open spaces, studios, online and in home.

Syncing with your cycle empowers you to know yourself better and be in tune with the beat of your own drum and power! Attuning your lifestyle by adapting your diet, exercise routine, work and social schedule to your body’s natural rhythm you can see what is happening internally, both physiologically and emotionally, creates more ease and energy in your daily grind. Throughout this course we will touch on intuition, nutrition, movement, work and social life, fertility awareness, anatomy, hormones and seed cycling and a bonus chapter on the lunar cycle and her connection. This is a personalized program that flows over the course of 2-3 months and is designed specifically for the woman’s menstrual cycle.

Experience personalized kickboxing sessions designed to match your fitness level, goals, and previous experience. You may learn essential kickboxing techniques, from proper stances to advanced combinations, while improving your strength, endurance, and flexibility through dynamic workouts.

Join me for a an hour and a half training experience where we focus on safety, self-defense, and technique. My classes are designed for people to feel safe when they are out in the world. We work with the physical body as empowerment and embodiment of strength within. I incorporate Yoga stretches and Pranayama practices to start and end the session.
